Our mission at Dear Me is to implement safe, free, and accessible eating disorder education and support through school-run programming. As teenagers, we recognize poor body image and disordered eating as a generational epidemic. Mandatory in-school preventive and supportive education will help to combat this epidemic by addressing the youth — especially those suffering in ignorance and/or silence. Our approach tailors programming to each school by incorporating each community's specific needs and utilizing student voices in order to make educational programming both efficient and effective.
